Production Test Automation
We build functional test systems that hold up at line speed. That can mean one station at 50 units/day or a multi-station setup at 600+ units/shift.
We work with SCPI, I2C/UART/SPI, and are comfortable on Linux and Android. We have integrated with multiple factory systems. We often write in Python, but we are not limited to it. Everything we deliver is documented and covered with tests.

Manufacturing Data Analytics
A lot of test data still lives as CSV files on a station PC. Quality rebuilds a weekly Excel report. Engineering hears about a yield dip on Friday after thousands of units already ran. We put a pipeline in place so the right metrics show up while the shift is still running.

Factory Integration Consulting
Test station, MES, ERP, barcode, robot cell: each piece works on its own, but they don't share unit identity cleanly. Operators copy data by hand. Customer audits find the gaps. We design and build the software that ties those systems together.

Projects and typical work
FVT system built from scratch for 600 units/shift
The client was stuck at about 200 units/shift: engineers probing points by hand and logging results in Excel. We shipped a full automated FVT system in 8 weeks (47 test cases, operator UI, barcode, labeling). First Pass Yield went from unmeasured to 99.1%.
Yield visibility
Replaced the weekly Excel yield report with station logs flowing into a database and dashboard (FPY, defect Pareto, shift alerts).
Test-to-MES traceability
Connected barcode, test results, and MES so unit history holds up in customer audits, without operators retyping data.
How we work
We define project scope after a free 30-minute discovery call, not open-ended hourly guessing. Engagements range from a single station in a few weeks to a multi-station line or analytics/integration project with a longer plan agreed up front. Retainers are available after the first delivery.
Invoices in USD (CIS clients can use EUR or USD). Payment via Wise, SWIFT, or card. Net-30. 50% upfront on larger projects.
